I present Tutored and Quiz tastings in London using wines mostly from Uncorked who are in Exchange Arcade in Bishopsgate. Their range is exciting and had most of my wine budget even when I worked for Oddbins. Tastings are tailored to your requirements; they can be blind, quiz type or tutored. They provide a very good value evening. Indeed, they provide a value-added evening as your guests leave both entertained and educated.
Uncorked Wine School commences at the end of January with an introductory course in conjunction with the Wine Education Service. This course will use mostly Uncorked's stock of wines.
I also teach evening classes for the Wine Education Service. In the City of London there will be a new course in Leadenhall Market starting . Either contact me direct if you are interested or the WES above.
For lunchtime and other evening courses, I teach for the Bishopsgate Institute in the heart of the City of London. These are short and snappy introductory courses with a restrained (!) tasting element. The Spring term's courses are filling up, and nearer to Easter I'll post details of some exciting new courses.
